PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: August 25, 2026
Dralic Inc. d/b/a WhaleMaven (“WhaleMaven,” “AskWhaley,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates AskWhaley.com and related AskWhaley webpages, landing pages, forms, advertisements, telephone numbers, call experiences, applications, and services (collectively, the “Site”).
AskWhaley is an online advertising, marketing, lead-generation, referral, and call-connection platform. We help consumers request information and connect with independent third parties regarding products and services that may include loans and other financial products, auto insurance, home insurance, home security, home improvement, home services, and other products or services that a consumer requests, expresses interest in, or otherwise affirmatively chooses to receive information about.
AskWhaley does not originate loans, make credit decisions, issue or bind insurance policies, perform home-improvement services, install or monitor home-security systems, or make underwriting, pricing, insurance, lending, contractor-selection, or home-security service decisions.
Independent third-party providers are responsible for their own products, services, licensing, underwriting, pricing, eligibility decisions, contracts, privacy practices, communications, and regulatory compliance.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, sell or share where applicable, retain, and protect personal information when you interact with the Site, our advertisements, forms, telephone numbers, communications, or services.
Additional notices, disclosures, authorizations, or consent language may be presented when you submit a particular request, select an additional product or service, request other options, or consent to particular communications. Those disclosures should be read together with this Privacy Policy.
The products, services, providers, advertisers, and Marketing Partners participating in our platform may change over time.

• Account credentials;
• Certain demographic information; and
• Other information legally classified as sensitive.
We do not necessarily collect each of these categories.
Sensitive personal information is not automatically made available to every participating provider, Marketing Partner, advertiser, lead purchaser, or other recipient merely because AskWhaley possesses that information.
Where sensitive personal information is collected, we seek to use or disclose it only where reasonably necessary and proportionate for the applicable disclosed purpose, consumer request, authorization or consent, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or another purpose permitted by applicable law.
2. Sources of Personal Information

Automatically From Your Device or Browser
Through cookies, pixels, server logs, analytics technologies, advertising technologies, device identifiers, call-tracking systems, and similar technologies.
Publishers, Affiliates, and Advertising Partners
We may receive information from publishers, affiliates, advertising partners, marketing companies, lead-generation partners, marketplaces, or other sources that direct consumers to or provide inquiries to AskWhaley, where those parties are authorized to provide the information.
Participating Providers, Buyers, and Marketing Partners
We may receive information from lenders, financial-service companies, insurers, insurance agents, home-security companies, contractors, home-service companies, lead buyers, call buyers, marketplaces, Marketing Partners, or other participating providers regarding the status or outcome of an inquiry.
This may include whether a request or call was:
• Received;
• Accepted;
• Rejected;
• Qualified;
• Contacted;
• Quoted;
• Appointed;
• Applied;
• Sold;
• Converted; or
• Otherwise dispositioned.

We may receive information from identity, fraud-prevention, analytics, call-routing, communication, hosting, CRM, attribution, security, and other vendors used to operate our business.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and the disclosures, choices, authorizations, or consents applicable to a particular interaction.
We seek to collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information in a manner reasonably necessary and proportionate to the disclosed purposes, the context of your interaction with AskWhaley, the products or services you request or select, applicable consent or authorization, and other purposes permitted by applicable law.
A. Providing the Product or Service You Requested
We may use information to:
• Process your inquiry;
• Understand the product or service you requested;
• Identify participating providers that may be interested in your request;
• Evaluate and route inquiries based on applicable criteria;
• Transmit applicable information to participating providers;
• Facilitate quotes, offers, information, consultations, or applications;
• Facilitate appointments;
• Connect telephone calls;
• Transfer or route calls to participating providers; and
• Otherwise provide or facilitate the service requested by you.
B. Provider Identification, Connection, and Routing
Information may be evaluated against provider or campaign criteria to determine which participating providers may receive a request or telephone call.
Factors may include:
• Location;
• ZIP code;
• Product requested;
• Information submitted;
• Provider criteria;
• Provider availability;
• Service area;
• Campaign requirements; and
• Other relevant routing criteria.
AskWhaley does not itself make lending, insurance underwriting, credit, or provider-service decisions.
The fact that AskWhaley identifies, routes, or connects you with a particular provider does not mean that AskWhaley recommends, endorses, guarantees, or determines that provider or its product is the best, lowest-cost, or most appropriate option for you.
C. Additional or Alternative Products and Services
During or after your original request, including where participating providers are unable or unwilling to proceed with that request, AskWhaley may present you with an opportunity to request, explore, or receive information about additional or alternative products or services.
These may include financial products or services, credit-related services, insurance products, home-security services, home services, or other products or services offered by participating providers or Marketing Partners.
Where you affirmatively request, select, express interest in, or otherwise consent to receive information about an additional or alternative product or service, we may:
• Record your expressed interest or selection;
• Use contact information and other information already provided by you where reasonably necessary for that additional request;
• Ask you for additional information;
• Identify participating providers or Marketing Partners that may offer the selected product or service;
• Transmit information reasonably relevant to that request;
• Facilitate communications regarding the selected product or service; and
• Connect you with participating providers or Marketing Partners.
We may reuse information you previously provided where reasonably necessary and appropriate so that you do not have to enter the same information again.
However, the fact that information was collected for your original request does not mean that every category of information will be disclosed for an additional or alternative product or service.
In particular, highly sensitive information such as Social Security Numbers, financial-account credentials, bank-account information, or similar sensitive identifiers will not ordinarily be disclosed to an unrelated provider solely because that information was collected for another request. Such information may be disclosed for an additional purpose only where the disclosure is reasonably necessary and proportionate to that purpose and is otherwise permitted by applicable law and any required authorization or consent.
Where separate consent or authorization is required by applicable law for calls, text messages, emails, credit inquiries, sensitive-information disclosures, or other activities, the applicable consent or authorization may be presented separately.
If AskWhaley is unable to connect you with a participating provider for your original request, we may present you with the opportunity to consider other products or services. We will not treat the rejection, expiration, non-purchase, or inability to fulfill your original request, by itself, as your affirmative request for another product or service.
D. Marketing and Promotional Communications
Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with applicable consent and communication preferences, AskWhaley may use contact information to communicate with you regarding:
• Your original request;
• Products or services you requested;
• Additional products or services in which you expressed interest;
• Other relevant products, services, promotions, or opportunities;
• Newsletters;
• Marketing emails; and
• Other AskWhaley communications.
Where disclosed to you and permitted by applicable law, participating Marketing Partners may also communicate with you regarding products or services that may be relevant to your request, interests, or choices.
The identities of participating Marketing Partners may change over time. AskWhaley maintains a Marketing Partners list or disclosure that may identify participating companies. Where an applicable consent or disclosure links to that list, you should review the current Marketing Partners information before providing consent.
Consent to receive marketing communications does not by itself authorize every Marketing Partner to receive every category of personal information maintained by AskWhaley.
Your consent to receive marketing calls or text messages, where required, is governed by the specific consent language presented to you and is not created solely by this Privacy Policy.
You may unsubscribe from AskWhaley marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the applicable email.

The particular categories of products and services available through AskWhaley may change over time.
The availability of a category through AskWhaley does not mean that every consumer's information will be disclosed to providers in that category.

Some recipients may themselves operate networks or marketplaces involving additional providers. Where applicable, such activity is subject to the consumer-facing disclosures, contractual arrangements, applicable law, and the purpose for which the information was provided. Where a participating recipient is permitted to transmit information to additional providers in connection with the consumer's applicable request, such transmission should remain consistent with the purpose for which the information was originally provided, applicable consumer disclosures or consent, contractual requirements, and applicable law.

Marketing Partners may include independent companies participating in one or more AskWhaley product, advertising, referral, lead-generation, call, or marketing programs.
Being included on the Marketing Partners list does not mean that a particular partner receives information about every consumer, receives every category of information collected by AskWhaley, or is authorized to use information for an unrelated purpose.
The information disclosed to a Marketing Partner depends on the applicable consumer request, expressed interest, consent or authorization, the product or service involved, the nature of the partner relationship, and applicable law.
5. Sensitive Personal Information and Additional Safeguards
Certain information collected in connection with loan or other financial requests may constitute sensitive personal information.
Depending on the applicable request, this may include:
• Social Security Number or portions thereof;
• Financial-account information;
• Bank-account or routing information;
• Government-issued identifiers;
• Account credentials;
• Precise geolocation where collected; and
• Other information classified as sensitive under applicable law.
AskWhaley may process sensitive personal information for purposes such as:
• Facilitating the product or service you requested;
• Transmitting necessary information to an appropriate participating provider in connection with that request;
• Fraud prevention;
• Authentication or verification;
• Security;
• Compliance;
• Maintaining evidence of applicable authorizations; and
• Other purposes permitted by applicable law.
The collection of sensitive personal information for one request does not automatically authorize disclosure of that information for another product, marketing campaign, or commercial purpose.
AskWhaley applies controls designed to limit the disclosure of sensitive personal information to information that is reasonably necessary and proportionate for the applicable purpose.
Where an additional or alternative product or service does not reasonably require a Social Security Number, bank-account or routing information, financial-account credentials, or similar sensitive information, AskWhaley does not ordinarily disclose those fields solely because they were collected in connection with an earlier request.
Sensitive personal information may be disclosed for another purpose only where the disclosure is reasonably necessary and proportionate to that purpose and is otherwise permitted by applicable law and any applicable authorization or consent.
6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Certain U.S. privacy laws define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “cross-context behavioral advertising” broadly.
As an advertising, referral, call-connection, and lead-generation business, some transfers of personal information to participating providers, lead purchasers, call buyers, marketplaces, advertising partners, or Marketing Partners may legally constitute a sale or sharing of personal information, even when no money is paid specifically for the personal information itself.
Similarly, the use of advertising pixels, cookies, APIs, or similar technologies may constitute sharing or targeted advertising under certain laws.
Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out, you may exercise that right through our:
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Your Privacy Choices
page or other privacy-choice mechanism made available on the Site.
An opt-out request may not prevent disclosures that you specifically direct or request AskWhaley to make, where such disclosures are otherwise permitted or exempt under applicable law.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information relating to individuals under eighteen years of age.
7. Global Privacy Control and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Where required by applicable law, AskWhaley recognizes legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as requests to opt out of applicable sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device transmitting the signal.
A GPC signal may apply only to the browser or device from which it is sent unless we are able and required by law to associate that signal with a known consumer account or identity.
8. Cookies, Analytics, and Online Advertising
We and our advertising, analytics, attribution, and technology partners may use technologies that may include:
• Google Analytics;
• Google Ads;
• Meta Pixel;
• Meta Conversions API;
• Microsoft Advertising;
• TikTok Pixel;
• Affiliate tracking;
• Call-tracking platforms; and
• Other analytics and advertising technologies.
These technologies may be used to:
• Operate the Site;
• Remember preferences;
• Understand Site usage;
• Measure campaign effectiveness;
• Attribute leads and calls;
• Deliver or measure advertising;
• Prevent fraud;
• Improve user experience; and
• Analyze business performance.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate controls relating to non-essential cookies or advertising technologies.
You may also control certain technologies through your browser, device, cookie preferences, or applicable privacy-choice mechanism.
Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of portions of the Site.
9. Marketing Communications
Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with the consent or communication preferences you provide, AskWhaley may send marketing emails, newsletters, and information regarding products, services, or offers that may be relevant to you.
Where disclosed in the applicable consent, communications may also be sent by participating Marketing Partners.
Marketing communications may relate to your original inquiry, a product or service in which you separately expressed interest, or other relevant products and services consistent with the applicable disclosure and consent.
You may unsubscribe from AskWhaley marketing emails through the unsubscribe mechanism included in the applicable email.
Where applicable law requires separate consent for marketing calls or text messages, that consent will be governed by the specific language presented at the point of consent.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing a product or service where applicable law requires that disclosure.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to the purposes for which it was collected or processed, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, fraud-prevention, security, and recordkeeping requirements.
Retention may depend on:
• The nature of the information;
• The type of product or service requested;
• Whether an inquiry was transmitted to a provider;
• Whether an additional product or service was selected;
• Whether a telephone call occurred;
• The need to document consumer disclosures or consent;
• The need to document which provider or Marketing Partner received an inquiry;
• The need to maintain opt-out or suppression records;
• Fraud-prevention requirements;
• Contractual requirements;
• Applicable statutes of limitation;
• Regulatory requirements;
• Litigation or dispute requirements; and
• Other legitimate business needs permitted by applicable law.
Certain consent, advertising, telemarketing, transaction, lead, or call-related records may need to be retained for periods required or reasonably appropriate under applicable law.
We may retain suppression information for as long as reasonably necessary to ensure that an opt-out or unsubscribe request continues to be honored.
We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where permitted by law.
11. Data Security
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or misuse.
Measures may include:
• Encryption in transit;
• Access controls;
• Authentication controls;
• Network and system security;
• Logging and monitoring;
• Vendor-management practices;
• Fraud-detection systems; and
• Other security controls appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
No Internet transmission, telephone system, computer system, database, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Communication Choices

You may unsubscribe from AskWhaley marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included in an applicable email.

Telephone Calls
You may request that AskWhaley stop marketing calls made by or on behalf of AskWhaley using a reasonable opt-out method permitted by applicable law.
Independent Third Parties
Independent third-party providers or Marketing Partners that have already lawfully received your information maintain their own communication systems and privacy practices.
An AskWhaley opt-out does not necessarily cause an independent provider to delete information already lawfully received or automatically stop that independent provider's communications.
You may need to contact the applicable provider directly.
13. Consumer Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, applicable exemptions, and whether the applicable privacy law applies to WhaleMaven, you may have rights including:
• The right to know whether we process your personal information;
• The right to know the categories of personal information we collect;
• The right to access personal information;

These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out rights relating to sale or targeted advertising, rights concerning sensitive information, and an appeal process.
Rather than limiting this Policy to a fixed list of states that may become outdated as laws change, AskWhaley intends to honor applicable state privacy rights as required by law.
17. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit traditional Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.
Because there is no universally accepted standard governing traditional DNT signals, the Site may not respond to traditional DNT requests.
This is separate from legally recognized privacy preference signals such as Global Privacy Control, which we honor where required by applicable law.
